Shipping
We ship through USPS . First class shipping (3-5 days). Once we drop off packages to our local post office, we have no control over when the item is scanned in the system nor which direction the package goes.
TAT on bow orders is 3-10 business days. Clothing orders 3-10 business days. This does NOT include weekends or holidays noted in the US calendar.
If the customer provides an incorrect address, customer must pay for RESHIPMENT. If the package is returned to us with a return label. Some home owners are nice and will return the package that is not theirs, but unfortunately that is not always the case.
If you entered the wrong information please DM us on social media or email us at info@nattiebabybowtique.com with your order number and correct address.
If the package is delivered to the address provided (correct or incorrect) we successfully completed the order on our end. You will need to make a new order.
If the mistake was on our end, we will re-make/fulfill your order and send it to the correct address at no expense of our customer.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the products being accessories, we do not allow returns. However you have 24hrs from the delivery date to address an issue. If it is a mistake on our end we will do anything to make it right. Buyers remorse is not a valid excuse. Please purchase with responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (24hrs) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Again buyers remorse is not a valid excuse.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us with 24hrs of delivery. No exceptions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
